I’m at the moment examining the pros of pursuing either the CQE certification or the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt as I map out the next steps in my career in manufacturing process engineering. I’m especially interested in understanding which certification might bring more real-world advantages and stronger market demand, especially considering emerging industry trends and skill requirements.
I came across some comparison charts and career outcome surveys that reveal different career trajectories and skill focuses for each credential, which I’ve shared here cqe certification .
I’d sincerely appreciate hearing from anyone who’s dealt with this decision or holds either certification—how has it influenced your career development and day-to-day work? Any insights on which might align better with future-focused roles in manufacturing would be very helpful.
